INFORMATION ABOUT TOURNUS

The historic town of Tournus is located in central eastern France in the Burgundy region. The area features beautiful countryside and the nature reserve in La Truchere, perfect for outdoor activities such as golfing, biking, hiking and fishing. The area, as a center of Romanesque architecture, offers many churches, like the St. Philibert Abbey, the castles of Brancion and Cormatin and a number of museums. Wine lovers will be able to visit numerous vineyards traveling on the famous Wine Road through picturesque villages such as Mercurey, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.
