| | DESCRIPTION | |
An inviting and spacious loft apartment with hardwood floors and 12-ft. ceilings, centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain, near Frankfurter Tor, with excellent access to public transit, an elevator, and its own private entrance and loggia - perfect for a romantic rendezvous.
The loft, with full bath and kitchen, is in a renovated Wollgarnfabrik (yarn factory) with a Jugendstil brick facade that was built around the turn of the century and then converted to spacious loft apartments in 2005. We are close to Ostbahnhof train station and the East Side Gallery, the still-standing portion of the Berlin Wall known for its colorful murals.
Linens, towels, cleaning, and Internet connection are all included; there are no other fees or taxes. The loft is available for stays from 2 to 10 nights; parking is available on request. The apartment is quiet and enjoys bright morning sunshine.
Your hosts, Kevin Pfeiffer (American, translator) and Isabel Wünsche (German, art historian), live in the same building and will do their best to ensure that you enjoy your stay in Berlin.
"...my friend and her daughter were thoroughly delighted by the lovely apartment and felt right at home!"
"Thank you for this lovely and relaxing bit of Berlin and your hospitality!"
