INFORMATION ABOUT GRANADA

Granada, a world heritage site, is the capital of the province with the same name, situated in Southern Spain in the region of Andalusia, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and at the confluences of the Darro and Genil rivers. Its unique history has bestowed it with an artistic grandeur embracing Moorish palaces and Christian Renaissance treasures alike. Those bed and breakfast travelers who want to explore the great outdoors should make their way to the Sierra Nevada Mountains for skiing, hiking, horseback riding, sky diving and mountain climbing. Some of the must-see cultural attractions include the magnificent Alhambra Palace, the superb Cathedral and Royal Chapel, the Palace of Daralhorra and the Moorish quarter of Albaicin.
