with guests from all over the world , a really nice staff and a good ambiance( with excellent rates too), i really enjoyed and i hope u will too in this nice center manhattan B&B...

It's definitely the best place to stay in NYC. If I may make a suggestion, paint the 2nd flat like the 1st one. It will be much more pleasant (and I am not alone to think so).
