I didn't rate the parking, because I wasn't using a car. I was in New Orleans on a business trip and took the streetcar to work every day. The house is beautiful and my experience was wonderful. I look forward to returning. eric

This B&B is an excellent choice for New Orleans. It is on St. Charles street in a quiet neighborhood outside the French Quarter. You get plenty of peace and quiet even during the festive times of year (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Super Bowl, etc.). But it is a short walk from several wonderful restaurants and tourist attractions. Additionally, the trolley stops literally right in front of the Grand Victorian. So you can reach several city destinations that are not walkable without renting a car or taking cabs everywhere. I cannot tell you how beautiful this B&B is. There are pictures of the exterior and interior on their web-site. It is truly a manificent accomodation. I've stayed there 3 times in the past few years and thoroughly enjoy every visit to the Grand Victorian. Brian Reeves Washington, DC
