| Donut Muffins Ingredients: 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 1/2 cup milk Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 cube butter, melted
Cream oil, sugar and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tin and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. Remove immediately from pan. Roll in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.
