| 8 ounces chorizo sausage 4 large potatoes cooked and diced 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 3 tablespoons cooking oil 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces) dairy sour cream
l. Crumble sausage into a 12 inch skillet. Cook & stir utnil meat is browned. Drain. Return to skillet. 2. Add potatoes, broccoli, onion, oil & pepper. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or till golden on the bottom, turing occasionally. 3. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat till the cheese melts. 4. Serve hot mixture topped with sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
